Official Remarks by Minister F. Sakila Nyumalin, Sr. on Strengthening Liberia–Sierra Leone Cross-Border Collaboration Through the REAP Project
Hon. F. Sakila Nyumalin, Sr., Minister of Internal Affairs, expressed gratitude to the Government and people of Sierra Leone for their warm hospitality and reaffirmed Liberia’s commitment to peace, security, and sustainable development under President Joseph Boakai’s leadership. He highlighted the significance of the REAP Project in strengthening cross-border cooperation, improving governance, and building resilience in the Gola Forest region. The Minister also acknowledged the vital support of international partners, emphasizing joint efforts to address challenges facing border communities and ensure long-term regional stability.
