Cabinet Secretariat Team Evaluates Progress on Service Delivery Charter Implementation at the Ministry of Internal Affairs

Yesterday, a dedicated team from the Cabinet Secretariat visited the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) to evaluate the progress made in implementing the government’s Service Delivery Charter (SDC). This visit was part of the ongoing efforts to ensure adherence to the charter’s guidelines and standards across government ministries.

The team engaged in in-depth discussions with the committee responsible for driving the MIA Management Service Delivery Charter. These constructive dialogues focused on assessing the committee’s achievements and the extent of compliance with SDC requirements.

Representatives from the Ministry of State for Presidential Affairs were present during the visit and expressed their appreciation for MIA’s efforts. They commended the ministry for its exemplary performance in adhering to the SDC implementation timeline, noting that MIA is among the few government ministries and agencies that have successfully met the charter’s deadlines.
